Product Overview

The UK clothing retail market is one of the most concentrated in the world. Just three players account for almost a third of sales, and the leading ten companies command almost half of the market share.

The report profiles six UK-based retailers and three whose headquarters are in mainland Europe. All provide lessons for manufacturers and retailers with an interest in European clothing markets. Analyses of retailing patterns in five West European countries are provided, as well as trends in consumer spending patterns and forecasts for the UK and other West European countries.
